Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and client relationship

  • Outbound business development and client interaction
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Visit prospective clients (colleges) for new business and provide customers with quotations
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Call leads generated from various sales avenues
  • Working on the warm/hot leads and get them converted into sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Closure based on targets on a monthly and program based
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills/Experience

  • Proven 1-3 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MSc/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field
